Grilled mackerel

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes


For 6 persons

  • 6 mackerel fillets with skin on
  • 1 bottle of Mediterranean sauce and marinade
  • 1 organic lemon
  • Pink berries
  • flower of salt
  • Choice of fresh herbs (dill, tarragon, etc.)


      Wash the mackerel fillets, pat them dry.

      Coat the fillets with the marinade and place them in a baking dish.

      Preheat your oven grill.

      Cook the mackerel for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

      Just before serving, garnish with lemon zest, pink peppercorns and fleur de sel (optional).

      You can also cook the fillets on the barbecue or on the plancha.

      Serve with sautéed potatoes, mashed potatoes or rice.
