Outside metropolitan France
Processing and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the country of destination. For any order outside mainland France, please do not order directly on the epicurien.com website but contact our export team at: export@epicurien.com.
Please note that your order is invoiced to you excluding taxes. Depending on the country, customs taxes may be requested at the time of delivery.
The products are delivered to the destination address or to the relay point that you indicated during the order validation. Deliveries are made in mainland France by La Poste or by adapted carrier.
The departure of your package is made 48h to 72h after validation of your order. Orders placed on Friday after 11 a.m. or at the weekend will be taken into account the following Monday morning (excluding public holidays).
Delivery times are then those generally observed by La Poste or our usual carriers, under normal service conditions. They may be extended in the event of a strike by postal services or road carriers, any social or health disruption, or climatic or environmental incidents.
Upon receipt of your order, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days without having to justify yourself or pay a penalty. If your package is returned to us by the carrier for any reason whatsoever: incorrect address, package placed on hold, etc., we will notify you as soon as possible. A second shipment will be offered to you for the sum of 8€. If you prefer to cancel your order, it will be refunded to you, excluding shipping costs.
In the event that the package is lost during delivery to the destination address, L'Épicurien undertakes to send a second package at its own expense.
Before that, L'Épicurien will ask you to provide it with a sworn statement indicating the non-receipt of the package with a commitment to refuse the first shipment in the event that it ends up arriving at the address indicated when ordering. . The certificate will be used to file a complaint for the attention of the carrier, and possibly the police services.
In the event that the second shipment does not arrive safely, L'Épicurien will refund the initial order.
If the recipient notices defective or damaged products when opening the package, L'Épicurien will carry out the necessary checks. The recipient of the order may be asked to answer our questions and send us photos of the package. If L'Épicurien deems the customer's request admissible, we undertake to reimburse or exchange the apparently damaged products (the return shipping costs will be borne by L'Épicurien).
