For 10-12 people
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Unroll puff pastry on your work surface.
Spread the contents of the spread over the dough.
Place the second dough on top of the first.
Brush with beaten egg yolk.
Place the pot of spreadable inverted in the center of the dough.
Cut spokes from the pot to the edges so that they are about 2cm wide at the base.
Wrap each of them in a spiral.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Share straight out of the oven.
