Grapes from Montpellier

The jam of the stronghold. The one that finds its roots in our lands. This jam is traditionally made in the areas of the region at the end of each summer with all perishable fruits (peaches, figs, melons, apricots, tomatoes). Grape juice (pulped) is used to sweeten the jam. A 100% fruit creation.

On toast, a slice of brioche, rice pudding, vanilla ice cream, in a clafoutis, like a Basque cake...
