Watermelon with Orange (Citre de Provence)

Watermelon and orange: an unlikely pairing! And yet... the Citre de Provence, a white watermelon (also known as Gigerine or Merveille) that is only edible when cooked, was widely used to make candied fruit. Paired with orange, it creates a truly wonderful combination!

Made in France in our artisanal workshop in the South of France (Le Bosc, Hérault)
