Alcohol-free on the palate (the rum evaporates during cooking), it offers a treat everyone can enjoy, with a lovely roundness and balanced freshness.

Made in France in our workshop in the South of France (Le Bosc, Hérault)

Ideal for enhancing your desserts: on lemon ice cream, in a pineapple upside-down cake, in an exotic fruit verrine or with a panna cotta. It also works perfectly in creating cocktails or creative recipes.
