PREPARATION
Using your fingertips, mix the flour, sugars and butter cut into pieces until you get a sandy consistency.
Add egg yolk and water. Mix until the dough comes together.
Form a ball with the dough, wrap it in film and place it in the fridge for an hour.
On leaving the refrigerator, roll out the dough and form discs the size of 7-8 cm in diameter.
Place a teaspoon of jam in the center and fold the dough over to form a semi-circle.
Brush with egg yolk and flatten the edges with a fork.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
