Apple crumble and jam

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes


For 6 persons


      Peel the apples and cut them into large chunks.

      Fry them in a pan with 10 g of butter and a tablespoon of sugar for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

      Place them at the bottom of an oven dish and cover with jam (quantity according to taste).

      Preheat the oven to 180°C.

      Mix the ingredients of the crumble dough with your fingertips: flour, butter and sugar. This until you get a sandy consistency with large chunks.

      Spread the batter over the apples and bake for 30 minutes.

      Enjoy warm with heavy cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
