Fresh and spreadable goat cheese samosas

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes


For 4 people (8 samosas)


Preheat the oven to 200°C.

In a small bowl, mix the fresh goat cheese with the honey and the pine nuts.

Cut the pastry sheets in half and fold the rounded side over the other.

Place a teaspoon of spreadable on one side of the strip of brick pastry and a teaspoon of goat cheese.

Close the samosa in a triangle according to the folding indicated on the back of the package of pastry sheets.

Place the samosas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes.
