Chicken curry

For 4 people

  • 600 g of beautiful chicken cutlets detailed in aiguillettes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 bottle of L'Epicurien Indian sauce


      Mix the L'Épicurien Indian sauce with the chicken strips.

      Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop a little fresh coriander and add everything to the preparation.

      Cook the whole gently in the pan.

      Serve with rice and fresh cilantro.
