Galette des rois with Corsican citrus jam

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes


For 6 persons


Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Whisk the 2 whole eggs and incorporate the ground almonds, sugar and melted butter.

Roll out puff pastry on a baking sheet.

Spread the filling on the dough, keeping 1-2 cm border.

Spread with a thin layer of citrus jam.

Hide the bean in the preparation.

Place the second puff pastry on top of the first.

Pinch the edges of the galette to adhere the 2 layers of dough.

Brush the top of your galette with egg yolk and decorate it with a knife.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
