Jam filled muffins

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes


For 8 large muffins


          Preheat the oven to 180°C.

          Mix the egg with the sugar and add the melted butter.

          Mix the flour and yeast. Gradually add the flour and then the milk (alternately). Half fill the greased or parchment-lined molds then drop a spoonful of jam and cover with a second layer of dough. Put in the oven for about thirty minutes (to check the correct cooking, plant a knife, the tip should come out dry).
