Nonnettes with citrus jam

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes


For 12 nuns


          Melt the butter, sugar, honey and water in a saucepan.
          Bring to a boil and add the spices. Let cool.
          Separately, mix the flour and baking powder.
          Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
          Half fill 12 individual molds. Add a teaspoon of citrus jam. Cover with the rest of the dough.
          Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
          Leave to cool and cover with a thin layer of marmalade.
