For the biscuit base:

For the crumble dough:
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the biscuit base until you get a smooth paste.
Spread this dough in a mold of about 33 x 23 cm.
Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Combine the filling ingredients except the cranberries in a saucepan. Boil the water.
Add the cranberries and continue cooking at a low boil for 5 minutes.
Leave to cool then pour the preparation on the biscuit base.
Mix the ingredients for the crumble until you get a sandy dough with large chunks. Spread this crumble over the filling.
Put the mold in the oven and cook for 25 minutes at 180°C.
