Tiramisu with jam

          In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens.

          Then add the mascarpone and whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

          Whip the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Gently fold them into the previous preparation.

          Pour a spoonful of this preparation into each verrine.

          Arrange a few ladyfingers cut into pieces on top and cover with jam.

          Repeat the operation and finish with a third and final layer of mascarpone preparation.

          Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

          Serve well chilled.
