For 12-15 cookies
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
Mix all the ingredients by hand (except the spread) until you get a smooth paste.
Form 12 to 15 dough balls of equal size.
Divide each of them in half, and flatten them.
Place half of the discs of dough on an oven rack covered with parchment paper.
Place a teaspoon of spread in the center of each of these discs.
Cover with a second disc of dough, seal the edges well and form a ball again.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown to your liking.
