Sweet Orange with Orange Blossom

The taste of the South, of the Mediterranean, of sunshine and fruit-filled brioches. One bite transports us on holiday. Effective, economical and delicious. As a little side note, we make this recipe with organic Navel oranges. We love them for their thick, rough skin and their crunchy, sweet pulp. We use 100% of the orange by crushing it, which gives it a very jammy consistency with plenty of texture. We add a little orange blossom to this sweet orange jam to enhance its subtle aromas.
