Sweet Orange with Orange Blossom

Jam from the South, from the Mediterranean, from the sun and candied fruit brioches. One bite and it takes us on vacation. Effective, economical and delicious. For the record, we concoct this recipe with organic Navel orange. We like it for its thick, rough skin and crunchy, sweet pulp. We use 100% of the orange by crushing it, which makes it possible to have a very jammy consistency with a lot of chewing. We add a little orange blossom to this sweet orange jam to enhance the subtle side of the aromas.
