Beetroot and Goat Cheese Spread

The beetroot and goat cheese duo is a match made in heaven, they pair perfectly. We have added a drop of white balsamic condiment to bring a little roundness. A very beautiful combination for an aperitif or as an original starter.

Made in France in our artisanal workshop in the South of France (Le Bosc, Hérault).

On toast, with a basket of raw vegetables, in a poke bowl, in wraps, on half an avocado…
