Rosemary confit

Our local producer provides us with his organic rosemary... And this is what we do with it! A confit with a nice transparency to accompany goat cheeses, but to use why not also in your sauces to accompany a piece of lamb or a roast rabbit!

Ideal with fresh or semi-dry cheeses. To be tested also on a rib of beef, a rabbit in the oven or a grilled chicken...


  • Cane sugar (EU and non-EU origin), infused rosemary 48% (water, rosemary 6%), gelling agents (fruit pectin, calcium citrate), concentrated lemon juice, rosemary 0.1%.

Excellente découverte !

Je pensais avoir goûté le meilleur (confit de Cidre au calvados...) mais celui-ci est exceptionnel et va avec tous les types de fromages ! Il les met en valeur avec ses arômes ! Vraiment excellent !
