Peach, apple, pear, apricot... And yes, there is one that stands out! The apricot, first of the class on the bench of yellow fruits, remains a timeless for all. Made mainly from apricots from Roussillon and Provence, our sweet and slightly tangy jam is also a good student in our quest for French fruits.

Bien mais trop sucrée

Le gout de l'abricot n'est pas assez prononce et la confiture pourrait etre plus fuide et moins sucrée.
