Pepper Cream

The cream of peppers is perhaps one of our greatest successes. It is an extraordinary sweet and savory mix that can be associated with aperitifs, cold starters and hot dishes.

We recommend it on toast as an aperitif with an anchovy fillet; hot with a fillet of fish en papillote; or in a sauce for thin pasta with an egg yolk and grated parmesan.
