Rose Petals

Between transparency and delicacy… Our Rose Petals delicacy is the "Grande Dame" among our creations. Seductive and refined, it is highly acclaimed by those who have tasted it. A few years ago, its home was with us: rose bushes still grew around the factory. But our gardener who picked the petals in May-June retired. The rose bushes were replanted at a nursery near us. Made from a maceration of our rose petals, this creation combines sugar and petals in a translucent texture, where you can see the petals through it. It is a product as beautiful as it is delicious.

 In a crème anglaise, whipped cream, a kir, on a panna cotta, a cheesecake or on a roasted canette, fresh goat cheese...
