Raisiné aux Six Fruits

A recipe inspired by an old late-summer tradition, when ripe fruits were gathered together to make the most of their richness: peaches, figs, melons, apricots and tomatoes.

To naturally sweeten this preparation, grape juice was once reduced to a paste and used instead of sugar. Today, L’Épicurien brings this delicious treat up to date with a recipe with no added sugar, no flavouring and no colouring.

An original, generous and full-flavoured creation that brings a delicious culinary tradition centred on seasonal fruit back to life.

Made in our workshop in Le Bosc, in the Hérault.

On toast, with a slice of French toast, rice pudding, vanilla ice cream, in a clafoutis or a Basque cake...
