Le Miel de Fleurs de Garrigue-Provence is a blend of varied nectars that reveals the flavors of a typical Provençal terroir. Thyme, rosemary, heather, lavender but also poppy, wild thyme, sage, thistle and broom, so many species from the garrigue to the maquis via the coastal plain. This honey has the particularity of releasing aromatic notes that are more intense than spring honey and more complex than honey from the Garrigue.
