A tribute to the French “café gourmand”

Papa d’Amour is a sweet, artisanal creation designed as a tribute to the French “café gourmand.” It combines the aromatic intensity of a premium Arabica coffee—selected for its clean flavor and lovely lingering finish—with a creamy sweetness in a perfectly balanced blend. Blended with cane sugar, eggs, and butter, the texture is dense, smooth, and enveloping. Natural body is provided by fruit pectin and agar-agar, without ever weighing down the taste. Made in our artisanal workshop in Le Bosc (Hérault), with no artificial colors.

On the palate…

The initial taste is clean and distinct, marked by coffee. Then the cream settles in, round and silky, leaving a warm, almost pastry-like sensation. Neither too bitter nor too sweet—true to the L’Épicurien spirit: precise, indulgent, and without excess. The perfect gift for the dad who loves coffee and simple, beautiful things.
