Madras Curry Sauce - Mango, Coconut & Curry

India meets France: the perfect balance of sweetness and spice

Discover our Madras Curry Sauce, an invitation to a culinary journey to southern India. This delicious creation combines the tropical sweetness of mango, the creaminess of coconut milk, and the aromatic warmth of Madras curry. Enriched with shredded coconut and coriander, this balanced sauce offers a symphony of exotic flavors that transforms your everyday dishes into an Indian feast.

Madras curry: tradition and character

Originating from southern India (now Chennai), Madras curry is renowned for its perfect balance of spicy heat and aromatic depth. Our sauce captures this authentic essence while adding our French touch: the sweetness of the mango softens the spices, while the coconut milk adds a creamy roundness, creating a perfect harmony that will appeal even to the most discerning palates.

Made in France in our workshop in the South of France (Le Bosc, Hérault).

Très bon dans un wok de gambas, bien relevé, pas trop épicé.

Faire revenir les crevettes seules, puis les retirer et mettre de la fleur de sel dessus, puis faire réchauffer la sauce, puis remettre les crevettes dans la sauce.
