Green Olive and Almonds Tapenade

The "tsstss" of cicadas. Olive groves and lavender fields stretching as far as the eye can see. In the shade of a cypress tree, on a stone wall. You hold a glass in one hand. A toast of tapenade in the other. You bite into these coarsely chopped green olives with gusto. Without their pits, of course!

Our Green Olive and Almond Tapenade is made with 79% green olives, generously chopped and enhanced with anchovies, capers and crunchy almond pieces (3.5%).

Authentic Provençal flavor with a crunchy twist

Unlike smooth, uniform tapenades, ours stands out with its generous texture: large pieces of green olives that crunch under the tooth, roasted almond pieces, all bound together with extra virgin olive oil. Every bite tells the story of the South.

Made in France in our artisanal workshop in the South of France (Le Bosc, Hérault).

 On toast, in a small glass, or with raw vegetables, to prepare original fish (anchovies, sardines) and poultry tapas...
