Pea and Mint Cream

It's the perfect spring spread! Peas and mint are among the first crops of this season of renewal. When the grass turns green and the birds come back, they are there too, faithful to the appointment. So we resume the series of aperitifs outside, under a blanket, with this spreadable on toast, and we say "yes" to life!
