🍅 Marinated tomatoes with basil & burrata (serves 2)

🛒 Ingredients :

  • 50g of cherry tomatoes
  • 100g of tomatoes
  • 30g of sun-dried tomatoes in oil (L'Épicurien)
  • 200g of IGP burrata
  • 6cl of L'Épicurien Olive & Basil Oil
  • A few fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 generous tablespoon of Green Tomato Confit with Basil

👨‍🍳 Preparation :

  1. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Mix in a salad bowl with the sundried tomatoes and chopped basil.
  3. Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over the tomatoes and let marinate for a few minutes.
  5. Serve with the burrata cut in half and add a generous spoonful of Green Tomato Confit with Basil for a gourmet and aromatic touch.
