Rustic Snack with Eggplant Cream, Roquefort Cheese & Walnuts
🧀 Ingredients (for 2 people) :
- 1 traditional baguette or country bread
- 1 jar of L'Épicurien Eggplant Cream with Roquefort and Walnuts
- 4 slices of cured ham (such as speck or country ham)
- 1 handful of fresh rocket
- A few crushed nuts
- A drizzle of olive oil (The Epicurean)
- Freshly ground black pepper
👨🍳 Preparation :
- To prepare the bread : Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and lightly toast the inner surfaces.
- Spread the cream : Generously spread each side of the bread with the Eggplant Cream with Roquefort and Walnuts .
- To garnish : Arrange the slices of prosciutto, add the rocket and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
- To finish : Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with pepper.
- Enjoy : Close the snack and enjoy immediately!
🌿 Tip : For even more deliciousness, add some parmesan shavings or fresh figs cut into quarters.
