Rustic Snack with Eggplant Cream, Roquefort Cheese & Walnuts

🧀 Ingredients (for 2 people) :

• 1 traditional baguette or country bread
• 1 jar of L'Épicurien Eggplant Cream with Roquefort and Walnuts
• 4 slices of cured ham (such as speck or country ham)
• 1 handful of fresh rocket
• A few crushed nuts
• A drizzle of olive oil (The Epicurean)
• Freshly ground black pepper

👨‍🍳 Preparation :

1. To prepare the bread : Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and lightly toast the inner surfaces.
2. Spread the cream : Generously spread each side of the bread with the Eggplant Cream with Roquefort and Walnuts .
3. To garnish : Arrange the slices of prosciutto, add the rocket and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
4. To finish : Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with pepper.
5. Enjoy : Close the snack and enjoy immediately!

🌿 Tip : For even more deliciousness, add some parmesan shavings or fresh figs cut into quarters.
