Indulgent Pineapple Passion Fruit Mint Panna Cotta

📌 Recipe for 6 people:
• 25 cl of milk
• 25 cl of whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• 0.5 tsp agar-agar
• 200 g of Pineapple Passion Mint jam

🔸 Heat the milk, cream, honey and agar-agar while stirring.
🔸 Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
🔸 Pour into ramekins and let cool.
🔸 Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
🔸 When ready to serve, generously coat with Pineapple Passion Mint jam .
