🍅 Marinated tomatoes with basil & burrata (serves 2)
🛒 Ingredients :
- 50g of cherry tomatoes
- 100g of tomatoes
- 30g of sun-dried tomatoes in oil (L'Épicurien)
- 200g of IGP burrata
- 6cl of L'Épicurien Olive & Basil Oil
- A few fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- 1 generous tablespoon of Green Tomato Confit with Basil
👨🍳 Preparation :
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters and the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Mix in a salad bowl with the sundried tomatoes and chopped basil.
- Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the tomatoes and let marinate for a few minutes.
- Serve with the burrata cut in half and add a generous spoonful of Green Tomato Confit with Basil for a gourmet and aromatic touch.
