French toast with apricot jam

      Beat the eggs with the milk.

      Heat the butter with the brown sugar in a skillet until the sugar caramelizes.

      Quickly dip the brioche slices in the egg + milk mixture and place them in the pan.

      Cook over medium heat for a few minutes on each side.

      Enjoy immediately with an apricot jam!
