Preparation time: 25-30 minutes

For 12 waffles
Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm (but not hot) milk and leave to stand while you prepare the ingredients.
In a bowl (or the bowl of your food processor), pour the flour and sugar. Add the eggs, then the rest of the milk and the dissolved yeast.
Knead for 10 minutes.
Add the butter cut into pieces.
Knead another 5 minutes.
Form a ball, cover the bowl and let rise for 1h30 (the dough should double in volume).
Degas the dough and form 12 balls of similar size.
Cook in the waffle iron for about 5 minutes, turning the device over halfway through cooking.
Enjoy immediately with jam, sugar, honey or spread!
