Ratatouille Cream Cake

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 45 minutes


For 4 people :

  • 1 jar of L'Épicurien Ratatouille Cream
  • Salt pepper
  • 15 cl of liquid cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 150g flour


In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the eggs, beat everything then add the liquid cream. Salt and pepper.

Add the preparation in a cake mold covered with baking paper, remembering to put layers of ratatouille cream as you go.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Check for doneness with a knife and serve hot.
