Focaccia with Chorizo Piperade
Preparation time: 95 minutes
For 4 people :
In a salad bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in lukewarm water, stirring.
Add the flour, olive oil, salt, pieces of chorizo and knead until the dough is a non-sticky ball.
Let stand 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Spread the dough with your fingers in an oiled mold. Cover with 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cook for 20 minutes. When the dough is cooked, cover with thyme.
To be enjoyed with Chorizo piperade!
