Focaccia with Chorizo ​​Piperade

Preparation time: 95 minutes


For 4 people :

  • 3.5 g dehydrated yeast (1/2 packet)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 110 g lukewarm water
  • 225g flour
  • 25g olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 50 g chorizo
  • dried thyme
  • 1 jar of Piperade with Epicurean Chorizo


In a salad bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in lukewarm water, stirring.

Add the flour, olive oil, salt, pieces of chorizo ​​and knead until the dough is a non-sticky ball.

Let stand 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 230°C.

Spread the dough with your fingers in an oiled mold. Cover with 2 tbsp. olive oil.

Cook for 20 minutes. When the dough is cooked, cover with thyme.

To be enjoyed with Chorizo ​​piperade!
