Artisanal Pesto Pizza Ricotta Peppers

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Cooking time: 8-10 minutes


For 2 people

For the pizza dough:

• 1 cube of fresh yeast

• 500g of flour

•333g of lukewarm water

•10g of salt

For garnish:

• 1 jar of Artisanal Ricotta Pepper Pesto

• 100g of ricotta

• a few basil leaves

• pepper

• olive oil


Prepare the dough:

 - whisk the cube of yeast with 1 1/2 glass (medium) of lukewarm water;

- mix well ;

- add the flour and salt;

- mixing and kneading the dough;

- let it rest for 30 minutes;

- then spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Fill the dough:

- preheat your oven to the maximum (my oven can heat up to 300°c, ideal!);
- spread the pesto over the entire surface of the dough;
- place pieces of ricotta
- bake at maximum power for about 8-10 minutes depending on the thickness and size of your pizza, watch out!!!
- take the pizza out of the oven;
- add basil leaves;
- give a final turn of ground pepper;
- Drizzle with olive oil ;
- serve immediately.
