Thin zucchini and feta tart

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 20-30 minutes


For 1 pie


      Preheat the oven to 180°C.

      Roll out the puff pastry and prick it with a fork.

      Spread it with Duo of Zucchini and Wild Garlic.

      Wash the courgettes and slice them as thinly as possible, preferably with a mandolin.

      Spread the zucchini slices evenly over the dough.

      Salt, pepper lightly.

      Brush with olive oil.

      Crumble the feta into large cubes over the surface of the pie.

      Spread the pieces of coarsely chopped almonds beforehand.

      Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on whether you like the dough golden brown or less.

      Enjoy warm with a green salad or cut into pieces for an aperitif or a picnic.
