Vegetable wraps

For 4 wraps


    Prepare all the raw vegetables:

    Wash the beets, carrots, peppers, spinach leaves.

    Peel the beets, carrots, avocado.

    Cut the beets into thin slices or grate them thickly.

    Cut the carrots into thin sticks and the avocado into quarters.

    Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.

    Spread the spreadable wraps.

    Then garnish with the prepared raw vegetables.

    Roll up the wraps and place them in a bowl. Decorate with sprouted seeds.

    Reserve in the fridge until it's time to sit down to eat or eat on a picnic.
