Amaretto Apricot Tiramisu

Ingredients :

  • 1 jar of L'Epicurien Apricot Amaretto treat

  • 4 ripe apricots

  • 40 g of powdered sugar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 8 ladyfinger biscuits

  • 2 eggs

  • 200g of mascarpone

  • 10cl of water

Preparation :

  1. Dilute the Apricot Amaretto treat in water and mix.

  2. Heat for 1 minute in the microwave or in a double boiler. You will obtain a sort of sauce. Set aside.

  3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

  4. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, mascarpone and half of the coulis

  5. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the previous mixture using a spatula. Set aside.

  6. Break the ladyfingers in half

  7. Moisten the biscuits with the remaining coulis and arrange them in small glasses.

  8. Add pieces of apricot

  9. Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream, then repeat the process, alternating layers of biscuits and cream, ending with the cream.

  10. Place a spoonful of Apricot Amaretto delicacy on top.

  11. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, then enjoy chilled.
