Verrines of chia with yogurt and jam

          The day before or in the morning for the evening, mix the yogurt with the chia seeds and the brown sugar. Place in the refrigerator.

          On D-Day, divide the chia seed yoghurt into verrines. Add the jam and garnish with rolled oats, rinsed blueberries and shavings of coconut.

          Refrigerate before serving.
