White Fig (Provence)

If we had to compare it to the black fig, it would be the feminine one of the team. It is refined and sweet, with delicate honey notes, while the black fig is juicy and fleshy. More discreet, it nevertheless deserves its share of recognition! This will come for this "Dauphine" (named after the variety it comes from), with its thin skin and delicate flesh, practically seedless.
