Bitter orange

You are certainly familiar with English-style “marmalade,” the kind you enjoy with a cup of tea in the late afternoon. It is made from fruit juice and zest. While our bitter orange jam contains plenty of zest like its British counterpart, it is made with twice as much fruit and has a softer, more indulgent texture.

Made in France in our artisanal workshop in Southern France (Le Bosc, Hérault)

With a chocolate fondant, in a polenta cake, at the heart of apple muffins, with whisky-flamed prawns...

Comme en Angleterre !

Idéal pour les crêpes, les pommes de terre grenailles... En fait, parfais quand on aime le sucré/salé.
