Puff pastry rolls

Cooking time: 15 minutes


For 15-20 rolls


Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Roll out the puff pastry.

Cover the dough with tapenade.

Then roll the dough on itself.

Cut slices 0.5 to 1 cm thick (if necessary, place the rolled dough for 1 hour in the fridge to cut it more easily).

Spread the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
